Rarity Bonus
You can sacrifice Valrei items at an altar on your settlement to increase the enchantment bonus and rarity window. Max bonus is 30%. The bonus decreases by 15% per day.
Valrei Items
Valrei items decay very quickly. Keep them in your bank or in a magic chest to stop them from decaying.
