Skills Reset
New player skills are as follows.
- All Characteristic (main and subs): 19.95
- Fighting skill: 10.0
- All other skills (main and subs): 1.00
NOTE: There is a #resetplayer <playername> command that is supposed to reset skills to new player settings, but it doesn't work.
