Remove the player's portal at both the capital and settlement and update the Guide to Mythmoor portal directory.

Set the player's Mind Logic to 60, unless otherwise noted that they had a higher Mind Logic. Note that anything close to 100 is most likely a former subscriber that never had their Mind Logic reduced.

Close any #watch tickets concerning their sub cancellation, portal removal or mind logic reduction.
