The four buildings at the center of Scarborough Fair are for rent. Each building is 50s to “rent”, which is a one time fee to use the building. Each building has three floors.

GM collects fee and sets ownership of the building. Owner may choose to add permissions for other players and use the three floors as they choose.

NOTE: Due to the design of the buildings (which we won't change), the floors cannot be split for separate ownership.

Expiry of rent:

• 6 months of Mythmoor inactivity.
• Must maintain at least 4 stalls.
