The four buildings at the center of Scarborough Fair are for rent. Each building is 50s to “rent”, which is a one time fee to use the building. Each building has four floors.

GM collects fee and sets ownership of the building to the owner.

Expiry of rent:

• 6 months of Mythmoor inactivity.
• Must maintain at least 4 stalls.
