• One deed tile costs 1 copper to purchase and has a 20 iron upkeep.
• 1 perimeter tile costs 50 iron to purchase and has a 5 iron upkeep
• Any upkeep paid beyond 30 days in advance (Mythmoor) prevents decay of buildings and fences

NOTE: 3 months of upkeep are included in the initial cost of the deed purchase, which adds 3 months upkeep to the settlement coffers.

NOTE: If the upkeep is low enough, below a certain threshold, the upkeep will be rounded down to 1s. I do not know what that threshold is (I assume 49c or less), but you can see it is rounding down to 1s in the calculation above, which is taken directly from a deed test in WU. However, I think the actual upkeep on a monthly basis after the fact is charging the 1c 20i. This is an assumption until it can be tested.
