Minimum Deed Specs
- One deed tile costs 1 copper to purchase and has a 20 iron upkeep.
- 1 perimeter tile costs 50 iron to purchase and has a 5 iron upkeep
- Any upkeep paid beyond 30 days in advance (Mythmoor) prevents decay of buildings and fences
NOTE: 3 months of upkeep are included in the initial cost of the deed purchase, which adds 3 months upkeep to the settlement coffers.
Absolute Minimum Deed Cost and Size
5x5x5x5 N, S, E, W from token tile (121 tiles or 11×11)
- 1s 21c purchase of tiles (121 x 1c per tile)
- 1s upkeep per month (x3 from the outset, 3 months upkeep upfront)
Best Minimal Deed Cost and Size
Just Below 1s Upkeep
10x10x11x11 N, S, E, W from token tile (483 tiles or 21×23)
- 4s 83c purchase of tiles (483 x 1c per tile)
- 96c 60i upkeep per month (x3 from the outset, 3 months upkeep upfront)
- 7s 83c total cost to deed
Just Above 1s Upkeep
10x11x11x11 N, S, E, W from token tile (506 tiles or 22×23)
- 5s 6c purchase of tiles (506 x 1c per tile)
- 1s 1c 20i upkeep per month (x3 from the outset, 3 months upkeep upfront) See note below.
- 8s 6c total cost to deed (5s 6c + (1s * 3))
NOTE: If the upkeep is low enough, below a certain threshold, the upkeep will be rounded down to 1s. I do not know what that threshold is (I assume 49c or less), but you can see it is rounding down to 1s in the calculation above, which is taken directly from a deed test in WU. However, I think the actual upkeep on a monthly basis after the fact is charging the 1c 20i. This is an assumption until it can be tested.
