A server-side mod bug wiped all of the enchants and runes on Prime in January 2024.

Guidelines for restoral of player items:

• All sub rewards will be restored.
• All bound items will receive appropriate casts to 102.
• All 100ql bound items will get max casts as per item.
• All mailboxes will be set to 101 courier.
• Expand casts will be on a case by case basis.
• Runes will be reimbursed through rift materials and metals of 80ql.

At the time reimbursement packs were handed out to players for runes which contained ample rift materials and metals for rune replacement.

GM's went around and expanded vehicles and set mailboxes at all settlements on Prime. Some were missed, but most of the major items received 100-101 expand.
