Bind an Item
Bind (No Drop)
- Right click on the item, select Item, Manage Restrictions.
- Drag the window wider to see all check boxes. Check the boxes in the table below.
- Give the item to the player and have them test no drop by trying to drop the item.

| No Destroy/Bash | Item cannot take damage |
| No Spells | Item cannot be casted on |
| No Drop | Item cannot be dropped |
| Decay Disabled | Item does not decay |
| Not Improvable | Item cannot be improved |
No Destroy Service (“Soft Bind”)
NOTE: Containers are not to be soft bound because they can adversely affect PVP.

Items In General

- Same price as bind (50 silver)
- Do not set Not Repairable on a crafting tool/item. It will take damage on failures.
- Do not set No Drop, it will keep the item from dropping in PVP.
Books
In order to foster book authorship, whether fiction or historical, we offer “soft” binding of books to keep them from decaying.
- Scroll for one book of 10 pages (50 silver)
- Scroll for one book of 20 pages (80 silver)
Any book submitted to the New Player District library is bound for free and kept in that library specifically, and a player gets 1 free bound copy of said book.
