Go to the portal park in northeast Moor's Rest and look for the beige portal that takes you to Scarborough Fair, the marketplace that has player merchants.

If you can't find anything at Scarborough Fair, use Trade chat. Use the prefix WTB (want to buy) and what you're looking for. Give it some time for a player to see it and respond.
