NOTE: (Per the Wurmpedia wiki) Truehit does not come out and say it is an “offensive” combat rating, but it is apparent it affects hit rate. Excel is named as a defensive combat rating. Until I receive information otherwise, I am calling Truehit an offensive combat rating.
