====== Wells and Fountains ======

* On vanilla servers you typically have to use a pendulum to find a water tile to place a well/fountain on, but on Mythmoor you can place a well/fountain on any tile and it will fill with water.

* A well or fountain **must be turned on via the right click menu** before it will fill up.

* Decorative fountains do not have a fill function.  They act as large liquid containers.

* Fill ticks occur every 15 minutes.
