Learn and get started at your own pace.  Even if you're an experienced player, the New Player District will give you a jumping off point.

The portal to the New Player District is at the center of Moor's Rest.  Look for the dark green portal.

===== Scarborough Fair =====

The marketplace of the Prime map.  Buy and sell from merchants and exhibitions.

The portal to Scarborough Fair is in the portal park in the NE part of Moor's Rest.
===== The Proving Grounds =====

Train fighting skill from 1 to upwards of 70+ in safety and at your own pace.  It has everything you need.
