-Meditation rugs are how you skill up in a meditation path.  Quality of the rug affects chance of skill gain, but it has been observed that a lower quality rug for skilling up to join a path can give more skill gain.  Rarity gives a skill gain bonus with rare giving 10%, supreme giving 20% and fantastic giving 30%.  Rare rugs also takes damage from use.  Rugs can be [[binds#soft_bind|soft bound]].
