-You may find that Giai has placed Persephanie altars around on our mutual properties.  She is a co-creator, co-mayor and friend, which means she has that power to make the decision to place an altar where she wishes.  I would however ask that citizens place their altars inside their homes, so as to keep clutter to a minimum.
