Coin and sleep powder can be delivered when the player is online or offline.
Go to the server map the player is on.
Check player's current coin amount in the bank with GM Tool.
Enter the command: #addmoney playername 1 0 10 sub
Verify coin and sleep powder were delivered with GM Tool.
NOTE: Northlands and Plains may not update coin delivery immediately, so you may have to verify with the player.
NOTE: Players who order coin along with their sub… The $5 (10s) get 1 sleep powder per order. 1g orders do not. Players are allowed to place separate $5 (10s) orders to get sleep powders.
A subscribed player can have one portal if they are on a settlement.
These are the current capital coordinates to set for for settlement portals.

Create or copy a Server Portal and place it on the settlement where the player wants it, at the rotation the player wants it.
Settlement side:
Name the settlement portal as the portal location at the capital.
Set data and add the capital coordinates as Data1 and Data2 and set Auxdata to 1 to activate the portal.
Get the location of the portal tile on the settlement; stand on it and use the /location command.
Set Manage Restrictions: No Destroy/Bash, Not Moveable, Not Turnable and set the creator to the player's name.
Capital side:
Name the capital portal for as the name of the settlement.
Set data and add the settlement coordinates as Data1 and Data2 and set Auxdata to 1 to activate the portal.
Set Manage Restrictions: No Destroy/Bash, Not Moveable, Not Turnable and set the creator to the player's name.
Test both portals to ensure they're teleporting properly.
