When teleporting north/south, use the following order, the top being north, the bottom being south:

• Northlands
• Prime
• Plains

If on Northlands and porting to Plains, use Teleport North.
If on Northlands and porting to Prime, use Teleport South.
If on Prime and porting to Northlands, use Teleport North.
If on Prime and porting to Plains, use Teleport South.
If on Plains and porting to Northlands, use Teleport South.
If on Plains and porting to Prime, use Teleport North.
