A server-side mod bug wiped all of the enchants and runes on Prime in January 2024.
Guidelines for restoral of player items:
All sub rewards will be restored.
All bound items will receive appropriate casts to 102.
All 100ql bound items will get max casts.
All mailboxes will be set to 101 courier enchant. Until then they are bugged and can't be cast upon or used.
All Prime deeds get 101 expand casts on vehicles and replenish on water containers.
Runes will be reimbursed through rift materials and metals of 80ql.
At the time an Inconvenience Pack was handed out to players for runes which contained ample rift materials and metals for rune replacement.
