* Remove the player's portal at both the capital and settlement and update the [[https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Xcvmn8rd6-QYDaWJvV4w4NbHP5tGZBvox2CaeSjkTVQ/edit?usp=sharing|Guide to Mythmoor]] portal directory.
* Set the player's Mind Logic to 60, unless otherwise noted that they had a higher Mind Logic.  Note that anything close to 100 is most likely a former subscriber that never had their Mind Logic reduced.
* Close any #watch tickets concerning their sub cancellation, portal removal or mind logic reduction.
* Note the sub cancellation items completed in Discord staff channel(s).
